Roger and I had an eventful trip to Miami, one which nearly didn't happen, when at 7-00 am on a clod and wintry morning in mid-February as I was crossing the bridge to pick up the Gatwick bound train from some remote station in the wilds of East Sussex I had a call from Roger to tell me that our flight had been cancelled.

However, we didn't panic and instead of joining the queue of 100 plus miserable looking folk at the WOW airlines check-in, we managed to get ourselves an Aerlingus Flight which arrived a mere 10 minutes after our original flight was supposed to have arrived.

To cut to the chase-our visit to Kidscreen was more of a success than we could have hoped for.In fact had it not been for the urging of our composer chum Michael Plowman we may well have not gone at all.

But go we did and, without playing a hostage to fortune, the prospect of launching Spook Squad—Adventures Too Scary For Boys is becoming much more tangible.

All round—a trip worth taking!
