Roxy’s Nine things You Need to Know About Werewolves

1  A werewolf is a person who turns into a scary monster on the night of the full moon and then howls so loudly it gives you eerie ache!

2  Werewolves are the kind of monster that never stick around.  I guess you could say that they’re

    hair today and gone tomorrow.

3  Oh, and do NOT grab a werewolf by its tail because it might be the werewolf’s tail but it’ll definitely be the end of you!

4   Also never try and outwit a werewolf because werewolves are really smart.  Ask them a

question and they’ll always give you a snappy answer!

5   Right, now everyone knows that werewolves are constantly hungry, but if you see a werewolf

eating garlic don’t panic because its breath will be way worse than its bite!

6  OK, you probably don’t want to meet a werewolf at all so the best place to avoid them is in

a flea market.  This is because no werewolf is itching to go there so they’ve scratched

    them off their list.

7 But if you do come face-to-face with a werewolf when you’re out in the woods it’s fine because

all you have to do is throw a stick and shout “fetch”.

8 And here’s another thing.  If you’re trapped by a werewolf and you don’t have a silver bullet

handy, threaten to throw a bucket of water over it and it’ll back off because werewolves really

hate water.  Well, can you imagine just how long it takes them to dry their hair??!!

9 Hey, one final thing.  Emma’s pet Chew Barker used to be a werewolf, but he’s all right
